Plan the House as One Connected Project

A whole-home remodel ties together decisions that are easy to separate on paper. Moving a wall can affect framing, electrical work, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and the way adjoining rooms are finished.

Luxe Remodeling coordinates demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, tile, cabinetry, flooring, painting, and finish work across the project schedule.

As a home remodeler serving Bellevue, Kirkland, and the surrounding Eastside, we assign a dedicated project manager to every full home remodel. You have one point of contact who knows every detail of your project, from the kitchen remodel to the final coat of paint.

What Has to Stay Connected

One Coordinated Scope

A whole-home remodel with multiple contractors creates gaps, inconsistencies, and finger-pointing. We manage everything in-house so the rooms, trades, and schedule stay connected.

Dedicated Project Manager

You have one person who knows every detail of your project. No calling four different subs. No "not my department." One contact, total accountability.

Preconstruction Planning

We plan whole-home projects exhaustively before construction begins. Every trade, every material, every permit. This is what keeps your project on schedule and within budget.

Consistent Finishes Throughout

We coordinate all material selections to ensure your home has a cohesive look, not rooms that feel like they belong to different houses. This is the hallmark of a well-executed whole-home remodel.

Whole Home Remodeling FAQ

Whole home remodels typically range from 8 weeks for a focused first-floor renovation to 6 months or more for a complete gut-and-rebuild. We'll give you a detailed phase-by-phase schedule before construction begins so you know exactly what to expect.
It depends on the scope. For phased projects (one floor at a time), living in the home is often possible with some inconvenience. For full gut-and-rebuilds, most families choose to temporarily relocate, which we'll discuss and plan for in advance.
We communicate immediately and clearly. We photograph the issue, explain the situation, and present you with your options and the cost impact before doing any additional work. No surprises, no assumptions.
Yes. We work with licensed structural engineers when load-bearing walls are involved. We manage the engineering, permitting, and execution as part of the overall project scope.
