Project Brief

The Remodeling Plan

We will strip the room back so the shower liner, subfloor, plumbing, and electrical can be revised before the new tile, glass, lighting, vanity, and fixtures are installed.

We will replace the old tub-shower, sheet mirror, bar lights, and laminate vanity.

We will repair the floor assembly and reroute plumbing and electrical as needed.

We will build a walk-in shower with marble-look porcelain, a niche, and a dark hex floor.

We will anchor the room with a long navy double vanity, quartz top, and LED mirrors.

From Tub-Shower to Tailored Walk-In

The room was stripped back, the floor assembly and utility routes were corrected, and the navy, white, and black design was built in.

The original room relied on a tub-shower combination, a sheet mirror, bar lights, and a laminate vanity that limited both function and style.

Rebuilding Behind the Finishes

With the room opened, the corrected floor assembly and utility routes made way for marble-look porcelain, the new niche, and the shower system rough-ins.

The Tailored Walk-In

The finished room anchors on a long navy double vanity with a quartz top and LED mirrors, alongside the walk-in shower with marble-look porcelain and a dark hex floor.
